Wavetech Limited will only refund returned goods where defective or incorrectly supplied goods are returned to us within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Wavetech may at its discretion, refund or replace returned goods for other reasons if the following conditions are met:
The goods must have been purchased from Wavetech Ltd in the last 30 business days; and
The goods must be in the same condition as they were received in; and
The purchaser must have contacted us for approval to return the goods and we have given that approval; and
The purchaser pays the cost of returning the goods, except in circumstances where we have dispatched incorrect goods. |
